We provide assistance to both contracting authorities and tenderers in concluding public service contracts, legally conducting public procurements, and successfully submit a tender, as well as providing legal representation to our clients in any preliminary dispute resolution procedure, review procedure or before the courts. Our colleagues successfully combine in-depth theoretical knowledge with practical experience in the field of public procurement law, and our clients have primarily applied our legal services in connection with civil engineering, design, IT and healthcare related public procurements. The theoretical knowledge is evidenced by the numerous professional publications of our members on public procurement. Our colleague in charge of the field also participated as an invited expert in the drafting of the currently effective Act on Public Procurement.
