Competition law

Competition rules permeate all areas of economic life. In the case of infringements of competition law, in addition to large fines, a claim for damages or - in certain cases, such as public procurement cartels - criminal sanctions must be taken into account.

Our colleagues have worked for the Hungarian Competition Authority for more than a decade, thus gathering significant knowledge in the field of competition law (consumer protection, antitrust and advertising law). We provide assistance on how to legally exchange information within a professional association, purchase a company or part of the company, outsource or enter into a cooperation agreement, and what needs o be taken into account when advertising.

We focus on prevention, but we also act in competition supervision proceedings and administrative lawsuits.
