Dr. Gábor Dudás has 20 years of legal experience, having previously gained judicial and administrative experience.
As an invited external expert, he participated several times in public procurement and data protection codification and in the preparation of legislative proposals.
He is one of the most frequently acting legal representatives in public procurement, data protection, medical malpractice cases and cases for having access to public information. He also has experience in litigation before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
As a senior lecturer at the Corvinus University of Budapest, he regularly publishes and teaches in the fields of data protection, public procurement and economic public law.
