Dr. Árpád Hargita worked for the Hungarian Competition Authority from 1999 to 2015, and worked as the Head of Litigation Section of the Authority from 2008 to 2014, thus participating in the litigation of almost all significant competition law cases for more than a decade.
He has been an attorney for 5 years and regularly acts in competition law cases and data protection lawsuits.
He has conducted several GDPR audits for financial institutions and other companies, regularly provides legal advice on data protection matters, and regularly teaches in the field of competition law.
